Are ILC lymph nodes flat?

I posted before about my non palpable enlarged lymph node. I had it removed last week and will be hearing shortly about it. But in the meantime, I was curious if ILC lymph nodes were flat when enlarged? I know ILC tends to grow flat and was wondering if it followed the same pattern in the nodes. My lymph node was 3x longer than it was deep, which is likely why it was not palpable.

    Dear Zayb:

    I hope that the results of your biopsy are that there is a benign finding.  I do not know whether ILC lymph nodes are flat when enlarged.  Sorry.  Good luck.
