Fluid in tummy after DIEP

I have posted here before,however,wondering if there are any newbies that mayhave had the DIEP and had problems with seroma in tummy.Drained twice,2 lots of surgery ,referred back to the plastic surgeon....I have been under my local breast surgeon ,who is superb,but I needed another opinion.It has encapsulated and gone into pockets ...like 4/5 months pregnant....
