could DCIS have invasive component

* I was recently diagnosed with high grade extensive DCIS. I'm awaiting a MrI but am curious how often they find that high grade DCIS also has an invasive component. So far I've only had a stereotactic core needle biopsy done.

About 20% od DCIS cases are upgraded to Invasive Ductal Carcinoma
