swollen lymh nodes

had breast specialist appt today, mammo, us, biopsy all showed cancer in left breast, in duct can do lympectomy. what concerns her are the swollen lymph nodes on right side, above breast, wants to do biopsy of them, if no cancerous she said there is something else going on ie cancer someplace else/ having pet scan, mri done also.

    I had a lymph node in my neck on opposite side from breast cancer, that lit up on PET scan. My breast surgeon was sure it was cancer because the uptake was higher than lymphnodes under my arm on side of bc. It was also very large - as big as tumor in my breast. So they biopsied both. Lymph node under arm was bc but lymph node in my neck was benign. So I know it is scary but it could be something else. Prayers and positive thoughts to you.
