Lymph node question- what to do?

I had my exchange surgery 2 weeks ago today & my one year appointment with my breast surgeon the week before the surgery. I have an area of matted lymph nodes that she has had me have an ultrasound on two times which showed skinny/normal lymph nodes both times I was told they were not cancerous and looked completely normal but they are matted and no answer for that. I have previously had 4 lymph nodes (2 sentinels) that showed as clear/negative. I do tend to be overly worried as its my personality but after two times being told they look skinny/normal do I still worry or do you think I'm being paranoid and they are fine as they say? Oncotype was 6 & ki67 was 5%. I do know that I have read on this site that sometimes nodes can be negative and matted. The ultrasound would show anything abnormal, right? The breast surgeon said this time no u/s because we checked them 2xs already.
