Diagnosed Waiting for Fish

Hello,

My mom was diagnosed on 9/25/2015 with invasive lobular carcinoma. She is ER+/PR+, Her 2+ (equivocal) Ki-67=30% , grade 2. We are waiting for FISH results, how long does it take to receive FISH results? I heard if one is ER and PR + they are likely to be negative with HER 2+? Is that true?
