I am so sorry. Did they do a biopsy yet?
-
what a complete shock. There are lots of treatments for people with mets and there are loads of ladies who have done extremely well on the different treatments. Hopefully some of those will come and chat with you here and give you some advice.

Many, I'm sorry for the bad news you and your wife just got. Well put when you say it shook your life. Instead of google, read the thread called "How are people with liver mets doing?". When I was first diagnosed with liver mets I was so comforted to see so many women there living with it.

biopsy tomorrow and port insertion on Friday

Many, we're so sorry for your wife's progression. Sending you love and keeping you in our thoughts.

many, please take some deep breaths. I am sorry to learn of the progression. Please, take this one day, one step at a time. Yes, the news sucks. Try not to scare yourself by looking up too much stuff on Dr. Google. This forum is a good place to find help, info, support and insight. As well as inspiration. Wishing you and your wife the very best

I am so sorry to read this... your wife and you are in my thoughts. You are surrounded with caring friends here who understand how it is to be blindsided by cancer's many surprises. We will walk this hard path with you as the oncologists work to stabilize your wife physically. All my best.

I am so sorry to hear this. I know you have worried over your wife's health quite a bit over the past 4 1/2 years, and then you get the news that you dreaded the most. My best wishes are with you and your wife, and I hope they are able to put her into a long remission.
