hello, ultrasound results indicate a an enlarged lymph node in groin of 3cm and smaller ones as well  I'm super concerned as I've been feeling this for a while but dr has been doing vaginal ultrasounds testing for cysts before now. There r definitely palpable lumps and it's grown more uncomfortable even w/o touching. It's under the skin near the pubic bone.  It's palpable when I stand up but not laying down (when I was examined in past). I read on NIH site and others so am concerned of lymphoma, metastases but hoping just an infection. What benign infection could cause this?  I have no STDs, did have an abnormal pap of not much concern and have been having allergic reactions. I have profuse night sweats but in line with my hormone levels and perimenapause im in due to my prior chemo. I'm just shy of 5 yrs as a survivor of TNBC (stage 1, grade 3, chemo-ACT & radiation treatment, lumpectomy). Any insights? The waiting is torture.
