TE question

I had a BMX with TE placement on 9/9. The recovery has gone quite well and I am feeling a little more normal each day. If all goes well I will have my last drain removed in a couple of days and will then move on having my TE's filled according to the PS schedule. I believe the first fill will come at least a week after the last drain removal.

I am thinking about returning to work mid next week if I can ditch the drain soon. (One day in the office, one day work from home) Obviously, I am quite flat chested at this point. This is perhaps a silly question, but do people usually wear some sort of soft breast form while they are expanding? I know there are those forms were you can remove the stuffing. Should I do that? My mom had BC in the late 1990's without reconstruction and had silicone breast forms-- but those are expensive and don't seem like the way to go here.

Basically, I need some advice from other women before I head out into the world again!

PS- will I ever be able to sleep on my side again? I miss it dearly and it was really uncomfortable when I tried last night.
