Question about armpit swelling

Hi ladies, I hope this is the right spot for this. I have truncal LE and into the armpit as well. My four month checkup with my Oncologosist is tomorrow, so I'll ask about this. But I am worried that the swelling may be something worse than LE, because my deodorant stick always has a U shape in the middle or a dip I guess after I use it awhile. It's done this for as long as I can remember after surgery and everything but I've never thought to ask the Onc or my LE therapist before. Ugh. I've had the swelling ever since surgery and they never feel any swollen nodes but this has me worried. I just wondered if anyone else has the thing with the deodorant? Do you think I should be worried? Thanks in advance!
