Injured but not ruptured implant?

Exercise is so key, they tell me, so I went running and fell on my side three weeks ago. Looks like the implant is still where it should be but under it in hurts! And when I lay down my right ribs hurt too. Is it possible to rupture internal stitches and not have bruising? Or do bruised ribs just take a really long time to heal? My implants are saline so if they were ruptured by now I should be seeing a shrinking boob! Thanks for helping me figure this one out!
