I'm having a mastectomy soon and want reconstruction. Seeing a plastic surgeon next week. Surgeon(doing the mastectomy) and onco are encouraging me to have the reconstruction at the same time as the mastectomy. I would like to do it all at once and get it over with. But I also want to loose 35 pounds. It would help bring my blood pressure under control. I've lost ten pounds so far and it's already made a difference. I want to get back to 120 pounds which would make my bosom 36C. I know there's no guarantee I can get back to that. I am currently 40DD. What effect does weight loss have on implants? Would they get smaller or stay the same? Besides bc and high blood pressure I also have diabetes and Stage III kidney disease which puts me at greater risk for complications so the less
