Please help rescue my sex life

I imagine there are answers to my questions in these posts, but my search is not bringing them up. I've been on aromasin for almost 6 months, and I think I've been able to keep the joint/muscle-related side effects to a minimum through lots of exercise. At first I thought I was going to get off lightly on the sex end, but recently - no sex drive, when we have sex, if I have any sensation - mostly, numb - it's pain, with some bleeding. Ugh. This is deeply distressing. So for others on AIs who have or are coping with these side effects, please let me know what has worked. (Other than giving up sex; not prepared for that.)
