calcification deposits in Mamogram post chemo

I have finished 6 rounds of chemo! Yeah...all done. Had my Mamogram post chemo and pre surgery. Calcification deposits were found near the effected area that were not there prior. I have a biospy scheduled. Wondering if I should be worried that this means more cancer?
