Ok gross but did anyone have pus extracted during biopsy?

Doc said the Birad 5 was still correct BUT that pus could mean some kind of infection? She talked about necrotic and pallipary cancer or maybe just maybe some type of abscess? (Don't know if I got the terms right?)
I guess I'm just wondering if anyone had a biopsy rated birad 5 come back as an abscess or infection of some kind?
