Hi. Having my first breast surgeon

appt since lumpectomy on March

Important questions some of you asked? I have been getting sweats at various times of day. I exercise bit have just developed upper arm pain on side lump was done

Soreness still on left breast. I have been on armidex for a few months. I now considering an antidepressant for help with my depressed feelings

I have been on Femara for about 3 months and have definitely seen a change in my emotions.  I just don't seem to have any most of the time.  I attribute it to the medicine, but am waiting a bit longer because I just don't want to take any more medicine, but I don't want to feel like this forever either.

I have the usual joint aches and feel like I'm 100 years old, but for me, I can work through that.

What gets me the most are the hot flashes!  I get them all the time and sometimes they are quite embarassing.  My MO told me I could take Effexor but again, I don't want to take any more meds.  I will take a wait and see approach.
