When to take Femara?

Hi all, I just started my Femara yesterday. Does anyone know what is the best time of the day to take Femara? And should I take it before or after meal? Thanks a lot!

Hi Lemonadehk, I take mine in the morning and it doesn't seem to matter whether it is before or after breakfast. I had read that some ladies reported sleep issues if they take it at night so I just started in the mornings. But, as I've gone on for almost one year now, it seems that we are all over the place as to how we react to it, when we take it etc, you might just try a few options and see what works best for you

I take it in the morning - usually before breakfast. Have never had any issues with it. I don't like having to remember to take something at night.

I have seen some say they have to take it at night and some who have to in the morning. Just have to figure out what works best for you.

Thank you, kicks and teachermom. I took it before sleep in the past few days and do seem to sleep worse. Will try in the morning.
