Lymph question with ILC

I have had lymph node issues since before being diagnosed with ILC. My left side was my c side and I have had my lymphs checked twice under my arm by ultrasound & also by my surgeon. They all keep saying that it is showing up as skinny nodes and that they are matted however they can't explain why & just say they look normal....but I can't find comfort in this. I had 4 sentinel nodes removed & all were clear. I know ILC likes to hide but I can't decide if I'm just being paranoid & sometimes this is a normal thing or if I should do more. My surgeon doesn't feel the need to remove them. Has anyone else had this happen
