Hard decision to skip 4th round of AC and get to TH

Hello,

I'm new here and am looking for anyone who has any experience/knowledge with skipping a 4th round of AC and moving on to TH. My treatment was for 4 x AC + TH. My 3rd cycle of AC was rough. My white cell count went way down (neutropenic). Had a hard time recovering. Had antibiotics, extra Neupogen, and felt like death for a period of time, and wasn't recovered in time for the next treatment (3 week cycle)...it took 1.5 weeks longer. My doctor said It was toxic overload, too much for my system. I'm 5 weeks out from my last treatment and skipping the 4th round of AC and taking TH in the morning. My doctor couldn't advise me either way, to skip the 4th round or not, he just offered that option. Another advisor told me to get to the Herceptin ASAP. Anyone want to weigh in on this? I'd be grateful. I'm Stage IIA, node neg, ER+(5%)PR-Her2+++. I'm 3.8 months out since surgery, lumpectomy, clear margins.
