Nipple Discharge and Chemo?

Hi,
I was diagnosed with IDC 2 months ago. I had total mastectomy and now I have chemo. Today I noticed a clear nipple discharge from my good breast and I am really scared that this is another cancer. I had bloody nipple discharge from the breast with the cancer. This was how I found out I had cancer. Now the discharge is clear (watery). Is it possible that this is something related to the chemotherapy - e.g the drugs or hormones? Has anyone had such discharge during a cancer treatment? 2 months ago I had several ultrasounds, an MRI and PET/CT. My right breast was OK. Is it possible to develop cancer in 2 months and during chemotherapy?
By the way, I stopped breastfeeding my baby 6 months ago. Is it possible that this is something related to the breast milk?
