DCIS and Heart Disease (with pacemaker/defibrillator)

Hi -

I have an ICD in place for my heart condition (Dilated Cardiomyopathy). I was just diagnosed with DCIS. Does anyone else have a similar situation?

I am wondering about my treatment options... Would radiation be an option or would that be ruled out due to my weak heart... How does a mastectomy work with a pacemaker in the same area....
