a constant waiting game

hi all.... i was diagnosed a week ago after finding a lump in my r breast about 2 mths ago... i thought it was a blocked duct due to bf my baby .. i put off telling my doc for a month due to school holidays and then she organised a ultrasound ... the ultrasound cm back with some negatives such as 2 lumps the bigger one was 4.6x2.6x2.6... it was hypoechoic with irregular margins and internal vascularity . i thought it was just a fibroaedoma at this time

the ultrasound recommended a fine needle biopsy which came back a week later stating it was malignant... the lump was highly pleomorphic, their were prominent ducts but no ductal lesions (im bf so i assume thats normal breastfeeding stuff) and the cells were diffuse with groupings .... the doctor told me it was breast cancer and we now had to work out what subcategory. .. she then organised a core biopsy and a breast surgeon. ..

i had the core biopsy yesterday and have a week to wait till i know what type of breast cancer i even have . im so overwhelmed as i have babies at home. i dont know what to expect or what the findings mean so far... i assume diffuse means its good as does pleomorpic....

does anyone know ? what should i expect at my first appointment ? im trying to stay positive but im scared deep down
