One year anniversary

Options

My one year since diagnosis is coming up in September and I am still feeling anxious most of the time. Some days I can keep busy and live life as normally as I can but I can't move forward. My question is.....HOW do I move forward? My family seems like they already all have & that only makes me feel more alone but at the same time, I am happy that they are able to. My kids are starting back to school and I have my exchange surgery in a few week. Just had my ovaries removed and started Arimidex so it's a lot to handle. I feel like I always have to keep my smile on for everyone so they don't worry. I love the moments where I find "me" again but just wish for more of them....

Hi mamam...I think it's hard to move forward when you are still in the middle of it.  You still have a surgery to face and just completed one and just started your hormone therapy!  That's a lot going on.  All you can do it tackle each obstacle before you one day at a time....before you know it your moments of finding "you" will turn into days, and months and years!   (((Hugs))). Hang in there it's going to get better.
