Neulasta Abdominal pain

Has anyone experienced this? I had the shot in the arm last treatment with no problems. But because of nausea had to get a patch on my arm. So this week I decided to get the Neulasta shot in the stomach. Now I am experiencing pain and extreme soreness in my upper abdomen. It also feels hotter to the touch. Is this a normal side effect?
