Pathology report question

Hi all this is my first post. I was dx'd with stage 2 TNBC in Jan 2015. Upon starting chemo in Feb I began noticing flucuatings pinkness/redness of most of the affected breast. Throughout treatment I mentioned this to my onc because I was worried about the possibility of Inflammatory breast cancer. She assured me it was not. I had a nipple sparing mastectomy July 31 and pathology found no evidence of cancer! However I still continue to have redness of the affected breast. None of my drs have been concerned just me. Would IBC have shown up on pathology for nipple sparing mastectomy. Also Lymph nodes are negative which I know would be unusual with IBC.

Thanks for any input you have!
