Period question

So, my period returned 7 months after finishing chemo. It came like clock work every month since and now nothing? I just turned 40. Do you think it's stopping or just out of whack? I'm very bloated/constipated but not sure if it's from coming off all these antibiotics for so long or what is going on?
Anyone have this happen?
