MRI results on Fri and scheduled ultrasound and biopsy on Tues.

I had atypical lobular hyperplasia in my right breast. I had a lumpectomy last May and started tamoxifen in June of 2014. I'm now considered high risk and have alternating mammograms and MRI'S. I had my first MRI last Nov and a mass was found in my left breast. The decision was made to put a watch on it and go back in Feb for a follow-up mammogram. The mammogram showed no change from the MRI. I had my second MRI on Fri and received my results later that evening. The mass had grown from 1.3 cm to 1.8 cm since Feb. The report also said that the mass had partial circumscribed margins and partial irregular margins. The irregular margins along with the fact that it's growing is scaring the heck out of me! Any advice from others who have had a similar experience would be greatly appreciated.
