BRCA+ and HER2+

Hi all,

I'm wondering if there is anyone posting here who is BRCA+ and also HER2+. My mother was recently diagnosed with ER/PR- HER2+ IDC. I've had a few years since testing to learn about BRCA related cancers, and I'm trying now to learn more about HER2. Everything I've read online suggests that it's relatively rare for people with BRCA mutations to have HER2+ cancers.... I hope this is an appropriate place to post, just looking for others to share information and/or experience. Thanks in advance!
