Recent Nipple Discharge After Double Mastectomy

Hello everyone. Last year I was diagnosed with stage 0 DCIS so had a double mastectomy with reconstruction. Several months after I got pregnant once again. Our second son was born just two weeks ago! 
About a few months ago I noticed clear and white discharge from my nipples but did not call my PS until a few days ago. She called me back saying she was surprised that was happening since she inverted the nipples so there should not be discharge coming from them. I am not sure if this was brought on by pregnancy or just because but wanted to see if this happened to anyone else. With my PS being stumped wanted to reach out to all of you!
