AC chemo with right atrial enlargement

Hi all

I have just had an ecg that states right atrial enlargement after my first dose of AC chemo. I have never had an ecg before and am really worried. Did anyone else still have AC even tho an ecg showed this condition? I have mentioned it to the nurse at PMH but now worry that the damage has been done already.....they just said bring in the ecg to the oncologist before your next treatment. I was in emerg yesterday and they just sent me home with the ecg....bloodwork was normal as was chest xray. I just feel like I am dancing with danger
