I met with the MO and RO today. I have my rx for tamoxifen to start after rads. RO is fine with my margins, even the close one, said any negative margin is a good margin. No need for re excision. But he wants to start rads right away. One because we are moving next month and two because of the close margin. He doesn't want me to wait 6 weeks to get rads. So I'm starting Monday with the Canadian method followed by a 1 week boost to the tumor bed. Then I start tamoxifen and follow up with new doctors after we move.
