My question is can a woman develope new ADH or BC even when on meds?

Right breast lower outer quadrant. MRI guided biopsy was papilloma. The biopsy from the lumpectomy came back as multifocal ADH. I am taking aromasin(exemestane) for 1 year so far. We are now watching 2 lumps in the upper area of lleft breast. 57 yrs old . Lumpectomy 12/2103 . Started med 4/2014 June 2014 I started having pain in L breast . Tests showed nothing until 12/2014. They were stable per MRI 4/2015

I have what you have and was suggested that I take that medication too but was told by a top cancer researcher not to take it due to all the other life threatening conditions I have. So I feel pretty terrible that I am " between a rock and a hard place." They told me that this medication really reduces personal ( and relative o course) risk.

I'd like to read what others have to say about this too.
