Diagnosed today and boy do i feel better! Not the news i hoped for, was wishing for no nodes, however encouraged yet still nervous.

a shock but nonetheless if you have to get bc its not a bad diagnosis to have.....hormone positive means more treatment options......good luck and remember never make a treatment decision based on fear...........its 1am where i am so I can´t write anymore too tired...xx

I was diagnosed today too. Don't know much, but 2 weeks ago I felt a small seed-like lump in my left breast, so I went to the dr. By Monday I went to a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. I honestly thought it was nothing and it was nothing. In the left breast. But imagine my surprise/shock/horror when the radiologist came in and told me point-blank that I had a small 1.1 cm tumor in my right breast and it was cancer. Had my biopsy on Monday and got the results today. All it says is that it's IDC well differentiated. That's all I know right now. Feel like this is the world's biggest April Fool's joke, like any minute someone is going to pop out from behind the couch and yell, "Gotcha!" Am scared, worried, terrified, etc... You all know the rest. I wish you well, Kimmer33.

hang in there, stay encouraged, u and us all arein my prayers, Positive thinkingandHOPE gotmethru, I am now a 21 yr Survivor(Praise GOD). msphil(idc,stage2, 0/3 nodes, Lmast, chemo and rads and 5 yrs on tamoxifen)
