Revision after Breast Reconstruction

I have rippling. I was told I am thin. That they used 50 cc of fat grafting but must not have took. The office said a different type of implant. They said I would have to wait. How long? When would the soonest be? My exchange was on 7/1. Their solution was a bra to help push up so I don't see rippling. I hate looking at them
