Study re: aromasin for chemoprevention and quality of life.....

Ladies, the study referred to here seems to conclude that women who are taking aromasin for risk reduction suffer fewer quality of life effects than women who are taking it for prevention of recurrence, but is also seems to indicate there may be some mitigating factors that resulted in this conclusion (i.e. people who dropped out before the end of the study etc.). http://www.breastcancer.org/research-news/quality-...

For those of you out there who are taking this drug just for chemoprevention (even though it is not yet FDA approved), what is your experience? Too often I am finding situations where it seems that the quality of life effects are not being adequately assessed/reported and I've seen where many women have commented on this forum that their docs were a bit dismissive of their patient's concerns re: side effects.... and often kind of wrote them off as normal effects of aging and/or menopause. What say you? Thanks in advance for weighing in.
