left rib pain

I have been having left sided rib pain since Dec, Had a CT scan done in Dec which was negative. Pain continued and my Onc. ordered a bone scan which showed subtle changes to 5th and 6th ribs. I am going for another CT with contrast next week.  Anybody had a similar scenario, please reply, thank you.
