Anyone ER+ 95% and then PR+ 7%?

I am also her2 positive but I know what that means as far as treatment. Is there anything significant about one being so high and one so low? Does it mean anything in regard the treatment and preventing recurrence? I know I will need to take a drug to eliminate estrogen but does it mean anything about prognosis? Pretty much is that good? Bad? or indifferent? Thanks!

I don't think your MO will put much importance on your low PR+ % because your treatment for HER2+ will be primary.

Research has shown that Tamoxifen doesn't treat the low PR tumors as well as high PR BC. ARomatase inhibitors have better results, but still not equal to tumors with high PR.

My ER and PR is very similar to yours.

Interesting thread and curious to hear what others have to say. My ER was 95 and my PR was 15. But PR was negative on oncotype and I was ER+PR- in the lymph node. My MO never said anything to me.
