second time around - questions

I just got back my biopsy results and the nurse says the BS wants to see me about having surgery for the ALH that was just discovered. BTW, it was the nurse who called me with the results, not the doctor. Is that normal?

I'll see him Monday and I want to be prepared with good questions.

Does anyone have a list of good questions to ask the BS that they've already prepared or can you direct me to a list of good questions on Dr. Google? I am in a fog. I've been down this road before with 2 surgeries and radiation for DCIS six years ago, but I can barely remember the experience and the questions I asked at that time.
