I'm being denied mammosite radiation because of my age

my insurance company is denying me mammosite because I'm under 50. My RO was the radiation oncologist who wrote the guidelines several years ago and said that the age thing was arbitrary and the more important factors are small tumor size, no node involvement and clean margins. Yet my insurance company won't listen to him. The guy who knows the most about this in the country! Ugh.

Since I'm moving some time here, as soon as our house sells, we decided to delay radiation and do it where we move to. My RO is widely connected and knows people where we are moving. But still, I really wanted the mammosite 5 day radiation.
