oncotype analysis

After nearly a month of awaiting Oncotype DX results, I was told today that the "insufficient" tissue sample makes it impossible for the analysis. I was waiting for data on my risk of recurrence to help dictate what course of treatment, if any, I should take. My DCIS was noninvasive Stage 0 and very small. Has anyone else had the same experience--unable to get an analysis done?
