Correction sport good for cancer (to much not good for fertility

Here is a supplement of information regarding physical activity and cancer.
I read studies that showed that if people do fisical activity it decreases cancer and relapse rate. IT decreases also cancer rate for people that don't have a cancer (prevention).
But ask your oncologist about fisical activity (and doctor for people who don't have a cancer), and ask as soon as posible in order to take benefit of it as soon as posible.
And for people who want to start practicing fisical activity (with or without cancer) I read that it's important to have a medical examination before starting to practice it.

But regarding this subject. I read that there could be an adequate amount of physical activity.Physical activity increases life expectancy but in a study they noticed that too much physical activity (runing in the study) could not be good.

As I read it's the same for woman fertility,a correct amount of fisical activity is good but too much is not good. For men I dont' know.

I also read that bycicling could be bad for man and woman fertility regarding to the conditions and intensity. Ask your doctor because I am not a doctor myself

But I am not a doctor and I don't know if these studies are good or not. I also don't know what too much activity means. Ask your doctor or your oncologist about what I wrote in this message.
