Moods swings from Tamoxifen

I am having a difficult time dealing with the moods swings while on Tamoxifen. Sometimes I think I am going crazy.

Not sure if you're experiencing this as well, but I've been having horrible, worst in my life pms on tamoxifen. Like a week and a half of losing it and crying over everything before my cycle. Starting calcium/d/zinc supplements made a huge difference for me. Maybe ask your onc about them to see if they're ok for you? I also started a oncology meditation program which is helping some.

Wow is right. This is the first time I've been called a name on bco and I really don't appreciate it.

I'm truly sorry you're dealing with tamoxifen mood swings, it sucks how much this disease takes from and changes all of us. All of us on here are dealing with our own crap in our own ways, and try to help or not help as we are able.

This is overall a busy board and some areas are a lot busier / get more responses than others. Some threads get buried accidentally under the traffic. I've personally started threads that had no responses before, and seen others that had the same happen to them, but I've also had nice exchanges with people I connected with and have learned a ton just by reading around. If you feel you've had an unhelpful experience in one area, maybe look around for a different one. I wish you well and truly hope you find the support you're looking for.
