    I've gotten several Zoladex shots. The RN gives me a numbing shot prior to so I don't feel the shot. It's a pretty big needle! My only SE is some hot flashe/warm flushes and stiffness. Although I'm not sure if the stiffness is from being thrown into menopause or the Arimidex.
