All new to me, just diagnosed with Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma, anyone familiar with the difference? Also, what is grade to stage? Are they the same

Invasive and Infiltrating mean the same thing: Cancer cells that have broken out of the ducts and invaded (or infiltrated) the surrounding tissues. The two words are interchangeable.
