DIEP in Sept -- weight & breast size

Hi,

I have a DIEP scheduled for Sept and I have questions about how much my weight/size will change. I'm 5'2" and 130 pounds. Will my weight or pant size change from surgery?

The PS said my breasts will be little smaller than they are currently (34 B). I was hoping for the same or slightly bigger. But I dislike being my current weight and prefer being 10-15 pounds lighter. If I lose those pounds/tone up after surgery will I have even smaller breasts? Should I get closer to my goal weight now--but have less fat for PS to work with?
