Excessive bleeding on Tamoxifen

Anyone else out there who is pre menopausal on Tamoxifen experiencing excessive bleeding? I'm 29, have been on T. since December and immediately had irregular periods, they shortened, but came closer together and became heavier (pretty much just clotting) I have low iron now and after a trip to the OBGYN I'm signed up for surgery, D&C, Endometrial Ablation and Laproscopic Tubal Ligation. I have no plans for childbearing so these procedures seem to be the best and only option to not bleed to death 
Any experiences or advice would be welcome!
