pathology report

My ultrasound said tumor was 1.8 centimeters. Just got pathology report back and it said maximum tumor dimension is 1.1 cm. Any thoughts on which is more accurate? I would think the ultrasound? The her2, er, pr are all pending still. Thanks.

    Hi-

    My BS told me MRI was more accurate than ultrasound. Mine measured 9mm ultrasound and 8mm MRI. But, obviously the ultimate accurate sizing is after removal. Hope all the other results are favorable!
