Doctors' views on treating ILC - new publication

This is an interesting paper on doctors' perceptions and practices for treating ILC (vs IDC). They include RO's, MO's and surgeons. And it highlights how much more research is needed to guide ILC treatment decisions. (I'd like to see comparisons local recurrence rates of lumpectomy + radiation vs mastectomy + radiation. All the literature I've seen just compares LX+ radiation to mastectomy (without radiation).
