Please help "dumbass" in Surgery before, during, after thread!!

Her post is titled "bilateral mastectomy, may 13, 2015"
She is in emotional crisis, mentions being suicidal due to limited range of motion after surgery. I have not had surgery yet, maybe those who have could offer some kind help!
