Need help translating blood results before lumpectomy

Good morning, I had the blood work done when I met with the surgeon that would be performing my surgery in a few weeks. Received the results back and my monocyte level is at 12%, I guess normal range is 0-7%. After reading the many reasons for this from stress to cancer, of coarse I'm freaking given my atypical ductal hyperplasia found within my fibroadenoma. Has anyone with breast cancer had elevated levels of monocytes?
